Loan account applications that have a status of Pending Approval may be rejected. When a loan account application is rejected, its status changes to Cancel (rejected).

To reject a loan account application

Steps to reject a loan account application:

• Navigate to the loan account by searching for it through the client or group it is associated with.
• Click the Hamburger menu.
• Select Reject (xReject) from the action bar.
• Choose the rejection date using the calendar pop-up.
• Enter any relevant notes.
• Click Submit.
