In this learning path, you will complete practical activities to create and customize agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will start by creating a declarative agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, then move on to Microsoft Copilot Studio to build and customize a custom-powered agent. In Microsoft Copilot Studio, you will build a support agent for Contoso that uses agent knowledge, tools, agent flows, generative orchestration, and autonomous capabilities.
