Tailwind Traders has begun the process of migrating some existing workloads to the cloud while ensuring that new workloads are cloud‑native where applicable. Instead of hosting all workloads on‑premises or in Azure, Tailwind Traders leverages the technologies that best meet its needs.

In this module, you learned about various Azure hybrid technologies, including networking, identity, compute, data, and security‑related technologies. You also learned how these technologies can work to provide Tailwind Traders with tailored solutions to their problems.

You learned what hybrid cloud entails and the options for networking on‑premises workloads to Azure seamlessly. You learned how to deliver consistent identity in a hybrid environment and discovered the options for compute workloads in the hybrid cloud — particularly options for applications with tiers that are both cloud and on‑premises.
