Loan account applications that have a status of Pending Approval may be deleted. When a loan account application is deleted, every record of the loan account is removed from the system.

To delete a loan account application

Steps to delete a loan account application:

• Navigate to the loan account by searching for it through the client or group it is associated with.
• Once you’ve accessed the account, click on the hamburger menu, then select More and Delete.
• The loan will then be deleted.
