The best way to monitor the status and diagnose errors in your agent is at the topic level.

The topic list indicates whether the agent’s status is enabled or disabled, whether it has errors, and whether it is currently being edited by someone.

Hover over the displayed initial to find the full name of the person currently editing the topic.

To diagnose the cause of the error, select the error in Topics to access the topic authoring canvas, which shows where the error occurs within the topic.

By selecting the status error number, you access the canvas, which displays both errors in the Topic Checker feature.
