Global search allows users to search for Clients, Groups, Centers, Loans, and Deposits by providing any of the following information:

• Name
  (or)
• ID
  (or)
• Mobile number
  (or)
• External ID

Location of Global Search

On the Welcome Page (displayed after logging in), the search box is available on the top-right corner of the page (as shown below).

How to Use the Global Search

1. Enter your search query in the search box. The search box allows you to look for existing Clients/Groups/Centers/Loans/Deposits – based on their ID or Name.For example: John Sungs (Client Name)
   
2. Press the Enter button to search (the search can further be filtered with respect to Clients/Groups/Centers/Loans/Deposits).
   
3. A list of existing Client(s) will be returned based on your search query.
   
4. Select the desired client, and click on the client’s name to go to that client’s page (as shown below):
